Each candlestick is made from a solid cuboid of sandstone which has been quarried from Israel’s dramatic desert landscapes and selected for its unique marbled veining. Smoothed and polished, the stone reveals a breathtaking array of colored streaks ranging from pale purple to rich brown and orange. A burnished brass candle holder sits on each stone column. They are comprised of a flat square flush against the stone, with a deeply curved bowl cupping the stem.
