Paper Mache

Size: 24cm x 24cm x 6cm/9.5" x 9.5" x 2.5"

This fantastic square dish will definitely add the essence of Israel to your home! Created from paper mache, this dish has been carefully hand-painted and lacquered for a bespoke, glossy finish. It features Emanuel's iconic pomegranate motif: at the center lies a turquoise square showing a branch on which the rubicund fruits are growing, and it is surrounded by thick bands of colorful, ornate pomegranate-themed design. This tray is perfect for fruit, trinkets, or almost anything else. It will also hold any standard square machine-made matzahs.

Israel's favorite artist Yair Emanuel studied at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, and now lives and works in Jerusalem. He creates stunning Judaica and art from a range of media, ranging from hand-painted silk and hand-sewn embroidery to brightly painted wood and muted metals. Emanuel's work is characterized by the unique combination of traditional Jewish motifs and modern design and technique. His pieces are vibrantly colored and vividly bright, and are sure to add sparkle and style to any room!
