A chance meeting at an airport led to friendship and an unexpected career detour for a pair of musicians: Israeli singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Idan Raichel and Malian singer and guitarist Vieux Farka Touré. Their meeting led to this stunning acoustic collaboration, unbelievably spontaneous and improvised. It is likely to be the first of many collaborations between these two fine musicians.
