Production Area: Grapes for this Shiraz are cultivated in the Upper Galilee region of Israel, which benefits from a Mediterranean climate.

Grape Varieties: 100% Shiraz

Vinification: Select grapes are hand-harvested in whole clusters to maintain maximum flavor and aroma. Immediately following a gentle crush, the must undergoes traditional maceration and fermentation. The resulting wine is then transferred to French and American oak barrels where it ages for twelve months before bottling and release.

Color: Deep ruby red

Bouquet: A complex bouquet reveals layers of raspberry and plum intertwined with traces of black pepper, nutmeg and mocha.

Taste: Full-bodied and rich, with robust flavor of ripe berries and spice against a background of smooth tannins.

Serving Suggestions: A perfect match with roasts, grilled meats, hearty stews and aged cheeses.
