David Roberts (1796-1864), the famed Scottish artist, toured the Holy Land and the Near East in 1839 and produced a series of detailed lithographic prints from the sketches he made during his visit.
This calendar includes one beautiful full color reproduction for each of the twelve months of 2013. Major Christian holidays are marked. Each page features a scriptural verse relating the the scene pictured. Some verses are from the Jewish Bible, and some are, lehavdil, from the Christian one.
